This Gurdwara is associated with Guru Nanak Dev Ji and is famous for a miraculous event. It is believed that Guru Nanak stopped a boulder thrown at him by a local saint, Wali Kandhari, with his hand, leaving an imprint of his hand (Panja) on the rock.The sacred rock with the handprint is preserved inside the Gurdwara. A major festival is held here during Vaisakhi, attracting thousands of pilgrims.Gurdwara Panja Sahib is one of the most sacred Sikh shrines outside of India. It is renowned for housing a rock bearing the handprint (Panja) of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism. Located in the town of Hasan Abdal in Punjab, Pakistan.
